A fellowship program at Washington University in the United States, the McDonnell International Scholars Academy, provides considerable financial aid for graduate and professional degree studies. Graduates from all around the globe are encouraged to apply, with a special focus on those from its network of partner universities. The McDonnell Academy, founded in 2005, aspires to cultivate a community of future global leaders. Scholars are provided with leadership training, mentorship from committed faculty members, and special global engagement opportunities by the Academy in order to achieve this goal. It also facilitates cross-disciplinary research collaborations with its colleagues.
Even though Washington University’s tuition and fees are rather expensive, a high-quality education should never be compromised because of a high price tag. As part of the university’s financial aid program, all admitted students get scholarships, and this particular scholarship is one of them.
