International students can apply for the fully funded Gates Cambridge Scholarship 2023–2024. This award is available for graduate and doctorate work. This scholarship offers a yearly income of £17,848 as well as health insurance, up to £2,000 for academic advancement, and a family allowance of up to £10,120.

Gates The following advantages are given to the holder of a Cambridge Scholarship:

the composition for universities maintenance grant for a single student at the appropriate rate (£17,848 for 12 months at the rate of 2021–22; pro rata for courses less than 12 months) is for up to four years for PhD researchers.
At the start and finish of the route, there is just one economical single flight.

Academic development money – from up to £500 to up to £2,000, depending on the length of your programme, to attend conferences and seminars. Inbound visa charges and the cost of the Immigration Health SurchargeFamily allowance: £10,120 for a kid under one and £14,440 for a child under two (2021-22 rate). A partner is not given any funds.
Fieldwork – As part of your PhD, you can apply to keep up to your regular maintenance allowance while on the field (the Trust does not fund other fieldwork costs as these should be funded by the University Composition Fee).
If you need financing for maternity or paternity leave, you can seek to put your studies on hold for up to six months while still receiving your maintenance allowance.
